Timber Hollow Clubhouse

The Timber Hollow Clubhouse project was a complete gut renovation of a 4,300 sq. ft.  apartment complex clubhouse originally built in 1985, featuring architectural highlights such as an intricate cathedral ceiling, workout gym, game room, management offices, breakroom, maintenance garage, and various high-end finishes like LVP flooring, carpet tile, ceramic tile, casework, new boxing and siding, aluminum windows and doors, open and closed trellises, and individual workstations designed for young professionals and UNC students who comprise the primary demographic.
