Dram & Draught | Raleigh is a 2,500 sq. ft. fit-up with a dedicated 500 sq. ft. being utilized as exterior patio space. The upscale craft cocktail establishment was incorporated into the newly built ten-story high rise, One Glenwood located at the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Morgan Street in downtown Raleigh.

The space features a thoughtfully designed interior rich with high-end elements, including integration with the buildings management system, concrete slab foundation, demising wall, and a custom 12' x 8' walk-in cooler. The space also boasts top of the line bar equipment and bespoke red oak trim, with a sprawling bar top finished in red oak and wrapped in stainless steel with an embossed diamond pattern. The overall aesthetic evokes an early 1930's industrial auto body shop, creating an authentic speakeasy atmosphere that compliments its upscale yet vintage vibe.
