I have worked with Pete over the past two years on the building of a new Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Raleigh and the consultation for several potential sites I have been negotiating leases.

In Pete’s role as project manager, his knowledge, experience, and expertise of the construction industry has allowed him to be a true partner to my business. His consultative and collaborative approach with our corporate design team and our local architect assisted in making several critical changes to the design of the restaurant during the architectural process. His leadership and hands on guidance with his sub-contractors and suppliers as well as the landlord assisted in making sure the project was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. His timely communication via email, text and telephone calls assured I was always up to date on the progress of the project. His attention to detail and follow-up skills are outstanding, as every commitment he made was completed in a timely manner.

Pete has demonstrated the highest level of honesty, integrity, and ethics with his consultative approach to my business. I will continue to partner with Pete to build additional Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in the Raleigh market and recommend Pete to other Chicken Salad Chick franchisees who are building new restaurants.
